Dead Until Dark
by Charlaine Harris  Suggested by NYOBG members: This book has been suggested by several members from the very first meeting but never seemed to make the final vote... until now. HBO's True Blood series is based on these books, however Charlaine Harris has a very witty writing style that is somewhat lost in the TV adaptation. Her southern charm and quirky characters are well developed. This series is a fun mix of paranormal, romance, and mystery. |
