Directions to the Bangor Public Library from Interstate 95 

Traveling from the north or south on I95 to Bangor, take the Broadway Exit 185 (Old Exit 48).  Turn left on to Broadway (a.k.a. Route 15) and go all the way to where it intersects with State Street (Rt. 2) (about a mile).  You are at the correct intersection if there is a small building on your right and the All Souls Congregational Church is across the street.  Turn right on to State Street.  Turn right at the bottom of the hill on to Harlow Street.  City Hall is on the right and the Bangor Public Library is the next building on the right.  There is a parking lot across the street from the library, which currently charges a rate of 50 cents per hour with a maximum daily rate of $4.50.

From the South: Bangor Exit82a onto 395 then exit 3 to Downtown Bangor. From Main St. pass Grasshopper Shop on right corner. One block past take left onto Harlow. Library 2 blocks on right.
