The Bangor Public Library currently has more than 40 computer
workstations available
to patrons who wish to use the Internet or create documents with Microsoft
Office. These computers may be found in the Catalog Room which is
located near the adult Circulation Desk, in the Reference Room, and in the
Children's Room (17 years and younger only). The service is free.
- If you are interested in using the computers at the library you must
bring your library card or some other form of identification.
- All
patrons are limited to 65 minutes of computer use per day.
- Printing cost is $.10 per page.
Each patron is limited to 50 pages per day. Pick up all
print jobs at the Returns desk.
- Patrons with overdue fees of more than
$10 are blocked from using the public computers.
- There are no disk drives at the public workstations but
documents may be transferred on and off a 3.5" disk, CD-rom, or USB flash
drive at the Returns
desk. There are disks available for $.50 each.
